Sharon Saare endurance saddle size?

I have a Sharon Saare endurance saddle from the mid 1980s.
It is in great shape but I can't track down how to find the tree size.
No horn, center rig, xlong fenders.
Info stamped into the saddle: Sharon Saare by Monroe Veach Trenton MO.
#272 front left tab (newer saddles have size & tree below this #)
#14776 stamped into rear D ring (crouper attachment).
I did call Monroe Veach, but they couldn't help.
Appreciate any help or suggestions with this problem.
