Show Off Your Saddlepads

I thought it would be fun to share pics of the saddle pads you use. I just like seeing what colors everyone uses and what kind of pad they have found that works for them and their horse.

I started out with just a simple quilted shaped pad on top of a square pad but that wasn't quite working for Brickens because their was too much padding.

Then I switched to just a wither relief pad which worked wonderful for Brickens because of his shark fin withers but I wanted to find something thin to put under it too keep it clean so it would last a long time.

So I tried a thinner square pad underneath but it was still too thick and made my saddle pinch.

I finally found the perfect solution which is my wither relief half pad with a thin baby pad underneath. So I know Brickens is comfy but also that my half pad won't get worn out quite so fast.

So I found my perfect saddle pad combo that works great for both me and my horse. I also got a thinline half pad for Christmas which I think will help both of us too, but I don't have any pics of it yet.

I have this gorgeous baby blue saddle pad that works wonders for me. It seems to never get dirty either.

I usually ride my Bob Marshall treeless saddle. I have a royal blue Treeless Skito pad with it and a square ThinLine pad underneath.

My daughter has a black Skito Dryback pad she uses with her Wintec Pro-Jump saddle.

We also like to use western blankets under the English saddles.

She has a nice Navy AP pad that she uses with a ThinLine half pad, but I don't have any pictures of it on the horse. We also have a hunter green western blanket, a cream black & red show-type wool blanket, and some others. My pad collection has dwindled and my husband won't let me buy any more, LMAO! I have to wait until more of the western blankets are dead & gone... lol

Grandma got Kayla a used Stubben Siegfried for Christmas though, so maybe I can justify a new AP pad for that one, lol.
