Well I got it for 300 with shipping. Now the awful wait until its here. Oh I hate waiting lol. Pretty excited. Hope lizzy likes it too :)

I believe it's a Simco... I've seen a lot of older Simco barrel saddles that look a lot like this one, although they are generally in a darker oil.

I'm a big fan of old Simco saddles... much nicer than the newer stuff (like a lot of brands).

I hear ya on the waiting! I bought a Circle Y set (saddle, bridle, breastcollar) for $550, which I think was a heckuva deal. Just waiting for it to arrive... it's the hardest part!

I love love love my older simco.. it is not a barrel saddle but it is comfy to me. Daughter don't loike it but she is smaller than me.

Well it will be here by Friday so I will give an update this weekend to how much I love it. And hopefully how much my Lizzy loves it.
