Haha well I was going to say that but decided to keep my mouth shut. My mom agrees with me, but she is going to ask my teacher to see what she thinks. My birthday is coming up so I could always get a new one than.

Charles Owen has a WONDERFUL replacement program - just contact them directly or the retailer you bought the helmet from :)

Is it true that the GR8 and GPA's are more "safe" than others because they're made out with carbon? It's tending to be a reoccurance of me falling on my head/face. :\

cmtroner: I don't think I'd go with the Hampton again, it doesn't fit my head right, it looks odd on me. But thanks anyways!

My mom took me to the hostpital and my shoulder was fine, but I have to be on a 24 hour 'watch' (lame) because I hit my head.

Well its kinda good. Better safe then sorry, and if you had a concussion, you do NOT want to mess with that. Glad your okay though!!

Yes, the carbon fiber in it makes it more resilient - you don't have to replace it after each minor fall, and it can withstand more pressure than your average helmet.
I wouldn't go back after owning a carbon fiber.
