Question Splint boots - what size?

I'm planning on getting a set of splints for my mare. She's a little under 1,000 lbs, stocky QH type. She is 14.1hh. Any ideas what size you think might fit her, front and rear, of the below product?

Dover Saddlery | Devon-Aire Front Splint Boots .

For reference, we have Roma sport boots that are size small all around and fit her very well. But then we ordered small SMB II's all around and they're a tad too small for her legs, even the front ones.

Oh here's a pic of my mare for reference...and by the way, I'm 5'1" and like 118 lbs so I tend to make her look bigger than she is lol ;)

Here's her with her Roma sport boots on, in size small...

Here are the Roma boots in the photo...

My mare is somewhat similar looking to yours. She's foundation 14'3 with shorter legs. I use medium on her on front and large on back (actually exactly same you are looking at for lessons). However since yours is smaller and you go with size small Roma you may want to go with small on front.

I can measure the length of my Medium splints if you want so you can compare it again the Roma you have.

So here is medium (I measured the length from top to the bottom). 9.5 inches on the widest part (inner side of the horse leg), ~6 inches the narrowest part (where the hooks/velcro are).
