Suggest W'ern Saddle Pad (high, prominent withers and slight swayed back)

My horse has a bit of a swayed back, which is exaggerated by her very high, very prominent withers. I'd like to find a western saddle pad that will kind of help "fill out" the "dip" in her back created by these two conformational issues.

I ride dressage. I have a Western saddle. That I don't use... mainly because of the above reason. Help! Haha With my dressage saddle, I bought a riser pad with a thick riser under the seat/cantle of the saddle, and it works beautifully. I don't even know where to start for a Western saddle :/

Thanks! That might work! Are there any that have adjustable thickness out there?
