Sweet Six Bits?

I saw them on Horse.Com and was wondering what discipline they were used for and how they work? Are they popular? Does anyone on here use them? Here's a link to my search on Horse.com... Horse Supplies, Dewormers, Equine Supplements & Tack Search - Horse.com

Thanks, Almond Joy

They are very popular in the barrel racing world....I personally don't like them (too much gag action) but know people who use them and love them.
