Synthetic Or Leather?

Which do you prefer?
I need to get a new saddle as the saddle I have now doesn't fit my horse. I have ridden in both leather and synthetic saddles many times and like both (although I prefer the looks of a leather saddle. ;) ) but I am wondering what your opinions are on the two!

I can't use a synthetic because I do a lot of ranch type work. A synthetic would not hold up to that at all. However, even if I didn't do that type of work, I would still choose leather. IMHO, it looks classier, lasts longer, and feels better.
