I am so proud to announce....last week I was at a huge tackstore when I was out of town, I left that store with just a jar of duckback oil for my aussie coat. I am so proud of myself!!!!! Ok my hands shook a bit, but I prevailed!

Aaaaaaarrghh, my new english saddle arrived naked and this month's budget is shot. Need to get a girth, leathers and irons. Dear god I'm going into withdrawal. I'm getting shakey, can't breathe, starting to sweat. See, just mentioning it does this to me. Maybe Santa will see my plight. I need to write him a letter.

I know how you feel I just got a new barrel saddle and headstall and breast collar and I keep drooling over everything else... Which I'd have if I had money!

Hi, I'm wetrain and I am a tack hoarder. I continually search craig's list for sales and good buys. You can easily piece together at least 7 bridles from my misc bridle collection box and none of the pieces will match . I also have an extensive saddle pad collection that I can match any one of my shirts to a saddle pad, no matter what the season. I also have a collection of broken halters that I keep in case I need the pieces. Some have been in that box for over 10 years.

Craigslist will always get the best of you! They don't have any good tack near me so I drive over an hour to a used tack shop it will never end

Horse World Expo is about to come up and lord have mercy on me and hope to god I have my tax return in time! I can resist not getting a new saddle but I NEED red reins, a purple saddle pad, an english bridle and reins, a copper french link snaffle bit, english paddock boots, and of course all the new savy organization things! (*coked out smiley*) All of the thoughts of tack just make me go into a state of over whelming estacy.
