Question Is this tack set good quality?!

Hi there! I was shopping for horse tack and ran across this. It is very cheap (price) and was just wanting some advice if its good quality and will be safe on me and my horse. Any advice would help! Thanks! :)

I don't like any western pad that is not mostly wool. That's my personal feeling. That is some kind of rubbery thingy. I hate that kind of stuff.

Abetta is a good quality for the price. The only thing I would chuck out of that set would be the Tom Thumb bit.
