Tall boots for big calves?!

I need new tall boots because mine don't fit at all :(. I have a lot of muscle in my calves, but I'm not fat, so tall boots fit around my calf but not my ankle or below my knee :(. Are there any brands/typed that fit this kind of leg? I can't afford customs btw ;).

A cobbler can widen your current boots. The only ones I can even get on had a panel added to them by a cobbler for my enormous calves. They aren't perfect, but I cannot even get off-the-shelf boots to go on, and I'm in these <$100, so I can't complain.

With those specific requirements (wider calf, more slim ankle and just below the knee, is what I'm gathering?) customs may be your only option... :/ Or to just get as close as possible by trying on many pairs xD

Ariats have a wide variety of fits/styles, plus they're pretty "in" right now. That's where I'd start.

The sensitivity of the internet baffles me.

Just got a pair of Tuff Rider plus in for Sarah who has that issue. Fit seems better than most.

You could probably get some that fit in the foot and ankle and have the upper calf widened, but that might be harder since you will not be able to get them on to try until they have been altered.
