I have the A4 and it a very nice synthetic. It isn't shiny or fake looking like wintecs often do after riding in them for a while. I really recommend it if you are looking for a nice saddle to start out in, although I will be using mine for shows as well. The A6 is suppoosed to be good to if you aren't that big into jumping. HDRs are pretty good as well, I have a friend who has one. Just make sure you know what size you'll need for your horse.
I have the tekna A8 dressage saddle in suede and like it alot. Saddle is very supportive and you stick like glue to it. I have two dressage saddles the tekna and a prestige 2000d. The tekna looks nice enough to show in so that if it rains the day of a show I don't have to worry about ruining a leather saddle. I had mine widened recently and it really works out well with my gelding.
