Which of these two saddles for this mare?

I would like opinions on what you think of the fit on EITHER of these old saddles for her, puhleeze...


15" really ugly Big Horn "barrel type" FQH bars







Or 15" kind of ugly Fabtron "trail type" FQH bars

Either seems ok, looks like the fabtron is too far back, move it forward some and it should level out. Caveat, I ride Australian which sets the saddle more forward, so maybe all westerns look to far back to me.

I don't see enough bar flare, they seem snug. Just my opinion...Love the color of your horse!

The first looks more balanced and like a better fit overall, but I'm far from an expert.

Neither seem to really have quite enough flair in the front of the bar, but it looks as it the Bighorn would be better.

The Fabtron I am afraid if you mover it farther up, it would bridge, you can try moving it more forward and then run run the tips of your fingers from front to back underneath the bar between it and you Horse to check foo bridging.

Thanks, to my suprise that is what I thought also. In her older age (26) she isn't fitting "her" saddle well any more so I dusted a few old saddles off. The Big Horn that never fit anyone looks like the best saddle I have here for her.
