I've never had one, but I know a woman who had some hip issues and she wouldnt have been able to ride had it not been for the treeless saddle. I guess a regular one put too much stress on the joints. She had a Bob Marshall.

I have a barefoot because I didn't want to pay for a bob marshall, lol. I like it alright, fits my arabs better than a regular saddle does... or I guess did, since I only have one horse now lol.

I have one coming! I can't wait! I'm going to use it on my mule since he's hard to get a saddle that he'll put up w/

Treeless saddles

A trainer I know used treeless saddles with all of her young horses and ones she was training and really liked it. :)

They use the treeless saddles at the barn I ride at and I absalotly love them! What I love most about them is lets say you have 7 horses you only have to have one saddle.
