Ugh bad ebay boot buy

I bought a pair of tall boots off ebay, from a seller with 100% feedback. Sold to me as a pair of Ovation field boots. I get them, pull them out of the box and they are filthy, caked in dirt and mud on the soles. Then I read them bottom, "Amazonas Super Comfort" doesn't exactly read the same as Ovation

I'm not a brand snob - but seriously - if I'm paying for something I expect to get the item I paid for.

Argh. Vent over. At least they're nice boots and they fit.

Contact the seller and tell him/her. Hopefully with 100% feedback they will remedy the situation. If not leave a failing feedback. Most try to work things out. Good luck.

Yeh sadly enough I felt all warm and fuzzy when I got them and just left a "thanks" on her feedback and that was it.

These are the boots I got:

There is someway to revisit your response. Contact ebay.
Appyluvr did you pay through paypal? I would contact ebay as well. They really want to keep things going smoothly. I know paypal refunded me when the item was not delivered.

I live in the middle of nowhere and have to use ebay often! Lol

Hmmm thanks I think I'll try that! It's not my first bad experience with horsey stuff this month. I'm still waiting on stuff I traded for too. Blagh.

Yes, you can update, unfortunately you cannot change positive back to a negative. I do see that some people even though they talked unhappily about their item they still gave this person a positive. Do contact them please and see if they will take a return. If you paid with paypal file for a full refund letting them know the item was not received as listed. If you didn't use paypal then use ebays system.

I had that happen and the seller fought me on it, but I had purchased through paypal and filed under the not as described. I got my refund with shipping too. It galls me when sellers are dishonest.

I'm a real meany on ebay stuff. If I don't get a tracking number asap and quick communication I'm on their butts
I've sold enough stuff to know its easier to do good than to do bad to buyers.
