Ugh I SO HATE scammers

So I'm trying to sell my friend's barrel saddle for him and I got an email about it today....this is what it said

"Hello there,

saw the AD you put up on Craigslist and its almost exactly what I'm looking for. Only thing is that
I'm not too sure if it's the same type that my cousin wants. But luckily I was able to get my
brother to upload this video here to give you a better view. Can you please confirm its the right
one and kindly email back to me as soon as possible. I'm prepared to offer a little more than what
you put on for sale as long it meets the video description and you can reserve it for me. It's
really urgent! and I already have money sitting here ready to be collected.

Best regards."

I am not gonna respond this email...they didnt even mention the saddle in it and the video that they sent is locked by some weird thing you have to pay money for. This is getting a tad annoying I'm getting more scammers "interested" in the saddle than people actualy looking for a saddle.

I did but the weird thing is the reply I got wasn't through craigslist it was a link to a website that said the reply...just one page with a reply. I reported it to craigslist and told them the situation...idk what theyre gonna do about it.

Unfortunately it's everywhere. Very recently, a saddle I had posted for sale on this forum turned up for sale on a site I've never even heard of. It was the pic of my saddle saying it was for sale in Arkansas. Some poor girl contacted me asking when I was going to ship it to her because she had already fallen prey to the scammer and had sent $500 to them. It really does suck.

You just have to see your don't have to like it.

Yeah, it is everywhere unfortunately. I had 3 items listed for sale on Horseclicks and got the same email from the same person for each item.

I got email today (not sure where they got my email even) that the group "out of country" want to take horse riding lessons with me 3 hours/day for 2 weeks. Yeah, right.... I wonder what they try to get out of me (besides validation of the email address of course). Needless to say went to junk.
