Red face Using a Crates saddle on a Quarter Horse?

I've heard good things about Crates saddles, but I understand they are made for gaited horses. I have a quarter horse we show at local shows and want to get more into the AQHA shows. Would a Crates fit my QH and would the AQHA people be laughing at me in a Crates saddle?

Crates makes all kinds of saddles, I had a Crates team roping saddle for years, it was a good saddle.

I know a few ranchers that have a Crates in their barn. Seem to work fine on QHs and TBs.

Crates (the original) makes all kinds of Saddles for all kinds of Horses, they make more non-gaited Saddles than they do gaited Saddles

My grandfather only uses crates and they are great solid saddles. He's been team roping in them for like 50 years!
