Warming the bit?

    I usually keep the bridle inside the heated tack room until it is time to put it on, but even with it being in the heated tack room, I run warm water from the sink over the bit for a few seconds.

    I will use my hand warmer things if I have them that day. Usually before I ride I put my bridle in a heated area before I even begin getting my horse ready.

    I'm a fan of the five seconds under hot water. He LIKES to take the heated bit. The big baby. -g-
