western to english sizing??

Currently im riding a 16' western saddle, but im looking into buying a dressage saddle. however, im unsure of the sizing. the one im looking at asks if you want a regular or wide size and it only comes in 17 or 18'? im assuming a 17' but not sure if the regular or wide choice??

*also, the reason im looking is because im wanting to be able to ride both western and english events in 4-H, and i just like riding both of them eqaully. and i heard that a dressage saddle offers more room in the shoulders for a TWH*

this is what im planning on getting just in case you wanna look or comment?

Generally, you add 2 on to your western size, so I would go with an 18 inch. I can'r help you with width as every brand is different.
