Western saddle pad for sway backed horse??

Does anybody know of a riser type saddle pad made for western saddles that would fit an older, swaybacked horse? I have an older swaybacked horse that my son likes to ride, and he is uncomfortable with an English saddle. (I have a nice riser pad for her for my English saddle.) With a western saddle, there is a gap between the withers and the back of the saddle that is not well padded.

Try a swayback pad (Swayback Pads | Reinsman) or a different, better fitting saddle (though finding a western saddle with enough rocker is difficult.)
