What brand?
Soo...im interested to think what brand you gusy think this saddle is because I don't really have a clue. Someone told me a simco and it looked exactly like this on made by simco-

Almost 100% sure its a simco - I have an older slick seat simco, and the conchos are exactly the same...made in the same shape, too

The way simco used to make saddles is a lot different than the way they make them now - - what other brands are people suggesting?
