what color goes well with dun?

My new horse is a red dun. If I ever get some extra dollars to spend on horse blankets etc. does any one suggest what color compliments his coloring? Thanks

Do you have pictures? There are different shades of red dun so it's hard to tell with out seeing him

I would say royal blue. Even without seeing pictures, that color goes with most horses.

Thanks, I never would have thought of those colors. Especially hunter green but I like it alot. He is only 14.1 hands and a lazier type personality. I am quite the timid rider so I think we will be a good match.

I personally really like the color of the halter he has on in the pics. I would probably stick to that tan color and maybe some hunter green and/or sage green too.
