And sure maybe hilason makes a good treeless or something im not going to say they don't im just saying when it to comes to trick saddles there AWFUL. I use a WSP and there amazing and all of us pro trick riders us them alot of the time and veach and sherer. Not 1 hilason because they can hurt someone there cruppers are 10X the size of a regular trick saddle the horn is smaller and wobbly

I totally agree with Saddlebag and I beleive that is the perfect approach. You need to be practical in your approach and base your opinion on evidence and substance. In addition, you can surely say that one product of any manufacturer might not the best but you cannot rule out their entire product line.

I just believe it is unfair and and simply wrong to discourage and not give people a chance to imrpove. I think, it is our responsibility as riders to encourage manufacturers like Hilason to come up with alternatives so that other big manufacturers do not take advantage of monopolizing the equine industry. We should always support new manufacturers so that we do not get hit on our pockets and let people take advantage of us.

Ok look bitless. I just said I have no idea about there other saddles they may be amazing but the TRICK SADDLE notice I said TRICK SADDLES. Arent good us trick riders have tried for a very long time to talk to them and they have scheduled appointments and never show. Im not saying they can't improve they need to be like WSP and gather us trick riders that can help them design a new saddle and make it safe and great. And made of good HIGH quality leather that can withstand stress. We put so much stress on our saddles doing fender drags and hippodrome stands and suicide drags and such, that we need something we can trust and that fits our horse, they need to be willing to work with us and not try to scam trick riders and then say if you do not like it and say you can return it then never let someone . If they make good trick saddles ill buy one ill reccommend them, if I see a good saddle of theres I would recommend it I wouldnt purposely bash a company I just don't want inexperienced trick riders out there buying one thinking there safe and getting hurt

Horse, I am surely convinced with your approach and I beleive we have been arguing back and forth only because we were thinking in two seperate directions. However, you are absolutely right on your last message. I think they really need to discuss their saddle with experts like yourself and improve on it. I wish they do that approach in all their products that require improvement and give us some really affordable products. I IWSH THEY READ OUR DISCUSSION AND WORK ON IT!

Good luck!

Good luck!
No, I do not work for a competitor. However, I have had personal experience with them and have had friends with them as well. Not only are their saddles poorly made out of low quality materials, but their customer service for returns/exchanges is very poor as well. It took one of my friends 3 months and a registered letter from her attorney to get her money back! Even with her following the return policy to the letter.

eBay Feedback Profile for leathergem

I am sure 10,000 people would not be wrong or liars.
Unfortunately, many people buying on ebay wouldn't know a quality saddle from their rear end... And, many of these Asian made saddles look great coming out of the box. They "look" pretty, but looks can be deceiving...

I know a few people that gave them good feedback on eBay, then wished they hadn't after riding in the saddle a few times and seeing what junk it really was...

Are you that desperate for money, you have to sell that stuff made in Kanpur India... do your customers know that the leather is made from Water Buffalo and tanned with urine?

Not to mention the poor Horse that will suffer when the saddle comes apart and a nail jabs him...
