What color should i use on my gelding?!

I've always thought black looks nice on all horses, seeing as how it's a neutral.

For chestnuts, I absolutely love turquoise which you've already tried on him. I just ordered my chestnut OTTB mare a black halfpad, and a black saddle pad w/ white trimming. She also has turquoise SMBs on order but we're waiting for them to come in.

So maybe a black paired with some shade of blue or green? Even purple if he's a little flamboyant.

I believe pegasus boots are black with a colored lining so im looking into getting him some with lime green bell boots. Lime green is a little easier to find and not so christmasy

My red arab looked very nice in royal blue. I'm concerned about the fit of the saddle as the front is sitting rather high. It may be too narrow. If your pad is quite thick try a thinner one but I don't think that will fix it.

It was. At the time he was WAAAY overweight and had huge withers due to it. Weve since got rid of the problem and it fits him perfectly now. Thanks for the concern =3. That was two days after he came out of a two year slurge as a pasture puff.

Yellow, green lime and red are colors that would stand out very well with a chestnut colored horse :)
