Comfort/fit is part of quality.

Yes I know, just because I am 15 doesn't mean I don't know anything. I need a 7" full QH bars

She didn't say your age meant you didn't know anything - her reference to your age was in regards to the seat size likely because she was thinking a younger person is likely smaller in stature and would not neccesitate a large seat.

Well, everybody is different. Not everybody is small.

I understand that and, despite what you seem to think, I am not arguing with you - you took issue with Poppy's response and I was trying to offer an explanation of why it was not meant to cause offense.

Ok then do you know the max skirt length? Not every horse has the same size back length.

Beggars can't be choosers. With your price range you will have to settle for an older saddle. It's really that simple.

My western saddle had a max range of $300. I bought a simco that is at least 20 years old and I love it.

I do not want a synthetic saddle. I want a complete set, leather saddle, preferably medium oil. Any suggestions on where to look?

Check out Craigslist in your area, sometimes it can have quite a few good saddles for a lower price..

If at first you don't succeed, try, try again

Which area of SK are you in? North, central or South?

ETA I found this one in the Regina Area kijiji, it doesn't look too bad from the picture. I don't know if that is too far away for you.
