My youngster went from a Reg-QH to Full-QH at 4.5 YO, he is a stocky Gutting QH.

IF you can find a good used Abetta (reg-qh Bars), you can use it this year and still get your money back next year when it may be time for that final Saddle.

Oooooo. :P''''' She is pretty. I am assuming that is her under your "horses" tab. I absolutely adore the personalities on horses from that line. She could still have a growth spurt or 2 left in her and knowing how those Impressive horses are built, I would suggest that you get a FQHB saddle and if it is a little bit big, just pad her up until she grows into it. And I believe 100% that she will grown into it. :)

My Impressive granddaughter (Appy, but mostly QH) went from Semi-QH bars at 4 years old to Full QH bars by the end of her 6 yr old year. Impressive bred horses can be late bloomers IME. Mine didn't even really fill out until late in her 5yr old year. She also grew TWO INCHES AFTER she turned 4 years old!!!

    3 yrs old (14.3 h)

    4.5yrs old (15.1 h)

    5.5 yrs old (15.2h)

9 yrs old (a bit stretched out, I was just scratching her belly)

She's 11 yrs old now, and still looks about the same. She can wear QH or Full QH bars depending on the saddle, and how "beefy" I let her get, lol.
