What kind of bit is this??

This picture is going around and I can't find the bit anywhere. It looks harsh and that it puts pressure on the nose if the reins are attached.

It isn't a bit. It's part of the noseband. Is it a harsher nosband, but not a bit.

It's a combination lever noseband. Works like a grackle/figure 8. It's a good deterrent for horses who like to cross their jaws to evade the bit.
