What kind of saddle???

Hello,

Today I've bought a saddle, but I don't know exactly what kind of saddle it is or where it comes from.
There is a label on it what says Genuine stock saddle. So I know it is probably an Australian stock saddle but made in the USA. Is there anyone who can give me some more information about it? In the picture the saddle lies above another one, so don't mind the black underneath it..

According to the website they make them in California, USA

I am not familiar with the Saddle or the Company, so I cannot be 100% sure

That doesn't look like any saddle I've seen made by the Australian Stock Saddle Company. What model do you think it is? I'm pretty sure Down Under and Kimberly are made in the US, too. Looks more like one of their saddles, to me.

Genuine Stock Saddle came up as a Trade Name of that Company, like I said not 100% sure.

I'm on my phone so it takes me a bit to answer threads...and you posted your "not 100% sure" while I was still trying to get my phone to cooperate to post what I did. Lol.

OP, don't worry, I'm Google illiterate as well. I completely suck at it. I would look at Down Under or Kimberly saddles. It looks more like one of those brands to me. If it was Australian Stock Saddle Co, it would have a plaque (or two).

What is the leather quality like?

The leather is very good! Now it is dry...because it was not good taking care of for a year and a half. The sitting of the saddle is of very nice/ good leather.
