What are the pros and cons of older Passier saddles?

I already have my older all-purpose Passier and am now considering another Passier that is about the same age. It's a close contact and is a heck of a deal, feel like I shouldn't pass it up. It seems to be in pretty good condition (better than my AP) and is the size I want.

So, what are the pros and cons on the older (1960ish?) Passiers? My AP definitely needs to be reflocked, but aside from that the leather is in fabulous condition!!

Speaking of reflocking, about how much does that normally cost?
Thanks!!

The only con I can think of is that they usually don't have much in the way of knee rolls. Otherwise, I LOVE the passier seat. Can't get more close contact and I love a narrow twist, too. (for my fat thighs!)

Reflocking is the only downside, as long as the leather (especially in the panels as reflocking is tough on a saddle) is in good condition. If it is a good deal, make sure the tree is OK.

Reflocking around here is a couple hundred dollars and needs at least two visits to the technician, as the flocking settles.
