what saddle

I made a horrible mistake and bought a saddle from eBay:( wow is it cheap. So my wonderful hubby said Santa clause would bring me one. I ride western. Any suggestions on what kind. I don't need a real fancy one but I would like one that lasts a while. Thanks in advance

Having a price range and style of riding would be helpful, dizzy.

I'm not arguing with you, I'm just explaining why I'm right.

Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you're wrong.

It's not always what you say but what they hear.

I absolutely love my Circle Y. I think it was called the Alabama Trail Gaiter. I personally would go to a few of the local tack shops (if possible) to sit in the different saddles. I had bought a Tucker, and loved it at first. The bad thing is that it was creating pressure points. My one leg would go numb, and the other would hurt so bad that it was hard to get OFF of the horse.

Like IRH said though, a price range would be very helpful.

^^ sorry about that, I was typing while you posted. My Circle Y, with the breast plate, was just a little more than that. You should be able to get a really nice saddle for that though.
