What Type of Rigging Does My Western Saddle Have?

Hey everyone! I bought a western saddle awhile back and I love how the girth is set up. The ring is set a bit farther back from the pommel, and has a strap that starts at the pommel and continues up to the middle of the tree (not the 2nd ring at the cantle!). The girthing ring doesn't move (bolted into place along the strap). It seems to distribute pressure along the length of the saddle.
Anywho, what's it called? It's like photo below but NOT dropped down low like that.

Does this help?

Lol, no, not really. :) Just found out it's a Simco 3140, and I checked out the rigging system more closely and the strap starts at the pommel and continues to the back of the cantle so I suppose it works much like doing the V-rigging using the flank ring too.
