What would you pay for this Martha Josey?

I am looking to buy a martha josey barrel saddle and came across this one. It is my first time buying a saddle so I wanna make sure that I am not getting ripped off or anything, so what should this saddle be going for?

According to the serial number it is a 2003 martha josey barrel saddle.

I have seen quite a few of them for sale here in TX, here they average at $500.

Holy cow, $500, wow that's so cheap. I bought a used Dee Butterfield for my daughter, and I paid $1200. From the looks of that one, which looks a bit rough on the fenders and the side jockey(seat jockey). I'd say maybe $800, it is a Martha Josey, so it's well made.

I am thinking between $600 and $800.
