There isn't a difference, it's the same model of saddle in each sale.

The 250s are decent enough saddles for what they are, but you can't expect them to be as high quality as a well made leather saddle.

I have a 2000 that's currently being used on my Arabian, and had one of the original cloth AP saddles Wintec made that I sold on about 5 years ago. I like them very much, but they're simply no comparison to a branded, well made leather saddle.
