    Lucky! You probably have money, and all..and im a 15 year old that works my butt off to support my babies, so im doing what I can. I broke both of mine, and my boy was abused before I got him. So either way, i've come very very far. Thanks for all your help!

    Ok, I'm going to answer your question here. Not going to tell you what to do. You asked a question, I'm going to answer. Was at a trainers barn the other day (a well respected and very knowledgeable trainer) and she was showing me her saddles and tack, I saw a bit, asked what it was and she said its called a lifter bit and that you can only get them down in the states. So go online to some tack stores down south and have a look. I might have a look for you too.

    I had that problem with Sunny.. NO STOP>> AT ALL>> so guess what.. I had him in a martha josie bit.. went back to a colt starting.. O ring snaffle.. now.. he listens..:O I could do barrels with him in that.. but decided to up it back up:)

    Also, your trainer may have had more in mind with choosing a lifter bit other than getting this horse to whoa! It may be to pick his front end up as he may be leaning on your hands.....he won't be leaning on you anymore.
