Where can I get a good dressage saddle bag?

I've been looking high and low for a really nice dressage saddle bag, preferably fleece-lined that zips the entire saddle and can be placed on a saddle rack. I'm flexible with budget and would be willing to spend more for quality. Does anyone have any suggestions where I might find this? Thanks!
