Your Horse's "Color"

There have been lots of threads lately on what color tack they should use for their horse so I thought it would be fun to share what color(s) everyone has for their horses. Also if you have a pic of your horse dressed up in his color off feel free to share.

I'll start...

For Brickens (bay TB) I use navy blue and baby blue with some brown and white mixed in their too. I love coordinating everything mainly because I'm a tack freak but it also makes things easier to find.

My brown (nearly black) gelding bundy goes in burgundy, with a bit of white and yellow. Looks really good! My chestnut I put in purple or all black. My friend's appy pepper, is entirely purple... Purple bridle, purple reins, purple saddle blanket, purple boots, all she needs is a purple saddle :]

Vida is black and accessorizes in red. Our saddle club has almost mustard yellow saddle/horse drape things with black tassels and black embroidered letters of our club name on them. I must admit Vida looks really sharp in parades with her mustard yellow and black drape. They go under the saddle and back over the rump hanging down. I'll have to dig up a photo and post it.

TJ's (Friesian) barn colours are black, silver and purple. However, everyone at the barn uses purple blankets, so his new blanket is red and black. I hate red, but think it looks totally snazzy on a black horse, so it's cool! But for showing a Friesian you cannot beat white tack!!!
