Your thoughts on this saddle?

I never tried CAIR, but I prefer wool over foam. The reason being my saddle fitter can adjust the wool saddle. But not the foam. I wonder if foam saddle can be adjusted at all....? I know M Toulouse is combo of wool and foam and can be adjusted.

BTW, this saddle (I believe) I've seen in Dover: Dover Saddlery | HDR Classic Jumping Saddle.

And this HDR is wool flocked! Dover Saddlery | Henri de Rivel Wool Flocked Event Saddle.
