B Bar B Saddlery

I recently purchased a western saddle from a pawn shop. It seemed to be brand new and of good quality. I paid $280. After some research, I found out that this saddle was one of the 'fake' B Bar Saddlery saddles. It has a brass plate behind the seat stating 'B Bar B Saddlery'.

I read that these impersonating saddles are of low quality and have had many complaints. However, I do not know what the complaints were about. Do they break after a few months?

I don't need an extremely high quality saddle, but I would like one that would last me a few years. If you know anything about these saddles, please tell me how long they last and how much they are worth.
