Is this a good deal?

I'm looking for a relatively cheap English saddle just to play around on. I really like the used older stubbens and found this. Can anyone tell me weather this seems to be a fair deal?

I'd be looking at the rest of the stitching very closely.

I'm going to pass on this one anyway. I found a few more stubbens and one collegiate at my local tack shop that are on consignment (all very used and $295). By the time I take fuel money, time, etc to go see the other saddle id just be better off buying one at the tack shop I'm not sure though because the one saddle I really like is a 31 cm tree but I'm not sure if it will fit my horses. :S

Tack shop may let you take it home and try it.

I had an old beater split in two because the stitching got rotten. Seat will pull away from the pad.

Why in the world would someone use pics of a saddle sitting on another saddle? I wouldn't give em but about 50 bucks for that one, even if it is a stubben.
