    MacPherson leather show halter

Can anyone share any experiences with MacPherson Leather out of LA? I just found a show halter and it looks to be really good quality. How much would you value a used but in excellent shape western show halter by MacPherson? It has silver accents as well. I'll post pictures after I give it a good scrub.

The silver is likely alpaca which is an alloy of three metals. The leather appears to be of a good tannage. I have no idea of it's value as US value isn't the same as Cdn. It suits your horse's head.

I was actually quite impressed with the leather. It sat in an abandoned car for a couple years and is still very soft and supple. I didn't need to condition it much just had to get off the grime build up. Its adjustable as well so that alone made me buy it. My mares head is hard to fit. I'm extremely happy with my $5 (USD) find any advise on how to clean the metal?

If it's the Alpaca silver, don't use anything on it but a tiny bit of water and microfiber cloth to shine it up, anything else dulls and discolors it.
