Need HELP to identify this Makers Mark

Would anyone be able to identify this mark on the fender? I would really appreciate it!!! I also included a picture of the numbers found behind the seat.

373 is likely a catalog/stock number. Any more pics?

Is there anything else that identifies the make? Those two pictures I took are the only marks I could find.

Does the leather appear old or vintage? They have sites that have images of vintage makers marks.
