Shipping boots?

Hi there! I've got a pair of these shipping boots. I've yet to use them, just put the front ones on my horse to get him used to them. I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight onto how good they may be?

Also sorry if this is not the place for this. Let me know and I can move it :) Thanks!

They look like pretty decent boots. They actually look a lot like mine, only mine are navy blue. I assume they are Tough 1 brand or something like that? They might not be the best out there but they cover a lot of the leg and they will probably last a while.

Thanks! I'm actually not sure on the brand. I hope they're decent. He doesn't get shipped much, but I want to use them when I do trailer him somewhere. Thanks again :)

Please let us know if they slide down to where the horse is walking on them. A friend bought this style but without the additional padding around the bottom and they would not stay in place. They were not inexpensive either.

I've got a video of me walking him around in the front ones, if you want I can post it. I didn't notice sliding when I was walking him around but it's been probably almost a year since I put them on him last. I'm not sure if he's had them on after.

Seems to me it was the back ones that fell down.

I'll post when I know about the back ones! Hopefully it won't be too far away.
