I use a Pelham with my Gelding. I love it, its a single joint, but its curved out ward (say its in the horses mouth properly, its curves out toward the front teeth, so its doesn't lift to poke the roof of their mouth, and it still has a good effect look up some pelhams with curves mouth pieces (some pelhams with ports will come up but look for ones with mouth pieces curved outwards. Pelhams are good bits without bit converetrs

The reason I don't ride her in a snaffle is because she's very heavy in one. But in a harsher bit I can ride without constantly pulling on her/ her pulling on me
Thanks for all the advice guys

if you think money cant buy you happiness you obviously dont no were to buy a horse
