The buckle looks very durable and is easy on and easy off as well as very easy to adjust. The zipper is of a good quality and easy to zip and unzip. The fabric is a tad thicker than I have seen other hoods, I don't know if this makes it more durable or not, but we will see over time.
The drawback - you really need to READ the horse sizes and the poundage associated with each. Toklat Jammies run smaller than other brands so if you would normally need a medium Sleazy, you might want to double check because you would possibly need a large in the Toklat Jammies for ti to fit. 1000 pounds seems to be a borderline between Medium and Large, which is what Cin is. The Medium wouldn't zip, the Large is a tad loose.
By from a place that will accept returns if you are unsure of sizing or you have a horse that borders 2 different sizes.
