What's a fair price??

I am looking at selling this saddle. What would be a fair price to ask for it? It has barely been used, I just didn't like the color on my horse.

Found two prior sales on Ebay, one went for 160.00, the other was 175.00, both were New, so slightly used in the current used market, maybe 90.00 to 110.00

That is not a real Billy Royal, BTW

The stamp isn't right and the quality isn't near the same.
