Nice thread!

Dallas: He has more heart and personality than any horse I know. Never a dull moment with my boy.

Shaymus: He is the ultimate sweetheart. Never does anything to anyone, and has no idea he's an old man. Plenty of spunk.

<3 Dallas, Dakota, and Shaymus <3
RIP Shaymus 8/16/13

Monaco has the smoothest gaits I have ever ridden, and an amazing jump. <3
Haha okay that's two. (;

In riding a horse, we borrow freedom.

I don't think I can pick just one thing. XD Dolly is so just like me! Stubborn, bossy, argumentative. But because we're so alike we click so well. She puts all of her trust in me and I trust her in return, if I have a spill she'll come back and stand by my side. She knows just how to press my buttons and keep me on my toes. One day I'll be feeling down and she'll let me walk right up to her and hug her for comfort, other times I go out and she just will not cooperate. She will let me get just close enough to her and then take off to the end of the pasture. She can be irritating as Hell but she keeps me on my toes and there's never a dull moment with her. She knows just when she can press my buttons and when I really need her to just cooperate with me because I've been having a bad day. Most of all I like that she's a one person horse, she could have chosen anyone to like but she chose me and only me to like. I've even been told that people are scared to get on her unless I'm there and when I go out in the pasture she always keeps me by her side when other horses are around. Anytime a horse tries to get to close to me or unnerves me she runs them off and it's funny as anything to watch.

Okay, I need to quit now, I was only supposed to say one thing and have about a hundred. XD

My boy is the most affectionate, gentle, attentive and engaging horse I've ever known, so naturally I thought he'd be like that with everyone.... WRONG! He's like your horse! He won't let anyone else but me hug on him, blanket him, ride him... It's too funny!
