Is anyone following this year's Road to the Horse?

Thoughts on the competition? Pick to win?

I think I'm pulling for Sarah Dawson this year.

Website is here.

It's a colt starting competition. Per the website:

What is Road to the Horse?

A vision of Steven and Tootie Bland, Road to the Horse was created with passion and perseverance. Steven and Tootie were believers in a message they wanted to share with the world. The message: create a relationship which is based on a foundation of trust with the horse, and everything else can be accomplished. Fans at Road to the Horse, follow the journey and witness an accumulation of a lifetime of passion and knowledge be put to the test as elite clinicians from around the world face off for the coveted World Championship of Colt Starting title. Fans witness partnerships develop before their very eyes, they witness the setbacks and witness the triumphs, as competitors build a relationship with an untouched 3-year-old American Quarter Horse which will then be put to the ultimate test, where only one can walk away with the World Championship of Colt Starting title.

Kiwi, Vicki Wilson won! She is taking her horse home with her, too!

Kate Neubert won the Jack Brainard Horsemanship Award.

Don't know where Sarah ended up as they have not posted the final scores (hopefully they will!), but she did not complete two of the obstacles, opting not to force her horse over them. She posted a very nice congratulation to Vicki post on her business website. Seems like she had a great time and even though she didn't win, she LOVED her horse and is also taking him home. Don't know if the other two women are taking theirs.

Meanwhile, in Vegas, her husband posted the highest reining score in the prelims on Shiney Outlaw at the NRCHA Stallion Stakes with a 224.5 (so an average of 74.83/judge):
