3 Days to find a home for my horse..

Today has been such a crappy day.

The barn I had arrangements with for the past month ended up not holding up their end of the bargain in our boarding contract. Leaving me without a home for my horse, that was supposed to move from his current place on Sunday.

Now, I have 2 days to find a new place for him. My current barn owner already has a horse taking his spot. I am so screwed. Does anyone know of a good boarding facility in the Omaha/Council Bluffs area?

I do have a backup plan, but its not exactly the kind of place i'd want to stay for a long period of time. It's more of a temporary deal.

Any advice would be helpful. I don't think I could keep my horse in my backyard...

I ride at Five Star in Bennigton & I'm pretty sure they have open spots. There's also Starborn Farms in Valley, I've never personally checked them out, but you can see the horse pastures from the highway & everybody looks fat & sassy

CritterSitter is also in the area & just found a new barn for her boy. You might check with her. She may be able to give you some ideas

Bennington is just a little too far. I just started college at Iowa western. So I was ideally looking for somewhere either in Iowa, or close to the river. My backup barn is in glenwood. Do you guys have trails at five star?

Triple m was the stable that I was looking at, that didn't end up their end of the deal last minute.
