Thanks Fly! I have an appt in 2 weeks for a trim & color. Now I have to come up with something fun to do with the color. Kind of thinking reddish all over with big bleached out chunks in the bangs & around my face.

So cute, Mandy!! That cut is adorable on you!!

I'm home early from work today. Felt sick all morning, my head is pounding, I'm running a low-grade fever, and my right side (where my gallbladder is) hurts/aches. So, I'm laying here in bed with Cosmo snuggled up with me listening to Pitbull on Pandora and hoping J (Robert's brother) doesn't come inside because I really don't want to deal with him right now.

Thanks Paige. Sorry you feel yukky. Gallbladder pain is a *insert string of inappropriate words*. Before I had mine taken out I pretty much lived in the bathtub. Hot bath or shower with serious pressure on that area made it feel a little better, temporarily anyway.

Mandy, love the hair! I like your color idea, too.

Paige, sorry you feel crappy. Hope you get better soon.

You gals are so brave with your hair!!
I love the red idea, something I've always wanted to try. Go for it!

Ok, when I go grey I'm just going for it. My bf is turning at 35! Her hair is always a wreck, dark brown and grows fast so I can always see her grey roots. It's a pita for her.
I only have 1 grey hair, it's down... there... Lol!! When I saw it I freaked out!!! Leaving it alone so maybe my body won't feel the need to make more? Lol!!

As for the events... Next week all hell breaks loose starting wed (as if it isn't crazy enough already). It's Waka hippy week. Then on to Thunder and cowboys! I'll pose purdy with them, lol! Wish I had won that lottery, all y'all would be coming! You will HAVE TO GIT YER BUTT OUT HERE soon!
I'm completely maxed out with work, launching a new site for an event in October so now I'm thinking I'll only get a few hours to let my hair down. Going to be pulling double duty. We have a bunch of VIP's coming and will be wining and dining them, me and fam masters of ceremony.

Can you guys think of any cool woodsy decorating ideas for the tents? Cheap? So far I'm doing banners, brochures, straw bales, an antler chandler... We HAD some cool trees but I think DH tossed them... Seen any cool photos on pin?
Giving away t's, koozis, serving beer and homemade chips/salsa...
I need help, my creative juices are maxed out!

Lmao @ your grey hair!

I wish I could come out for it. I might have to plan ahead for next year. Tell the ponies to save me room in the barn. I saw some super cute centerpieces at a wedding awhile back that might work. They took small-ish logs, cut them about 2 ft long, used a planer and made one side flat. The flat side is the bottom. Then on top they used a hole saw and cut out holes and put tea light candles in them. It was very cute! If you didn't want the flameage, you could always make them red solo cup holders hahaha!

LOGS? Awesome! I've got tons of those!
Why didn't I think that! I'll use big ones as end tables and set some on the tables with baskets on top holding the koozis and shirts!
Brilliant. (Yeah, drunk people, natnl forest, and fire is a HUGE no no, LOL!)

I have some round slivers too that I can use as doilies and do bouquets of sunflowers on top.

Thank you!!
Bring em on! I've got plenty of stalls and we will hit the trails. Get over your diet so we can have a few, or lots...

Well, after YEARS of not having a tractor and borrowing everyone else's, we're getting a tractor! Just have to agree on a final price. It's an old (and by old I mean 1946) Ford N8. I took my tractor mechanic friend out to look at it, and he told me what to offer. It comes with a lift platform for moving stuff around, a 2 bottom plow, a Lister (?) plow, two cultivators, and a bushhog. Oh, and a blade. I'm super excited about the bushhog, because I can mow my own pasture! Yay!
