Cute kiddos! Fly, in the first couple pics E looks so sweet and innocent and then the last pic, bam - she's totally her mother's child

Age 5, with her cat Oreo and a filly that was sold, M got tickled with baby whiskers and was laughing uncontrollably. I just wish I'd have had the camera instead of my phone.

Did anyone else feel like today was a Monday, not a Tuesday? Ugh!

Most definitely. My nephews (4 & 6) are here for a sleepover. I am beat lol.

Have a mare in for training right now that's about to kill me. Dealing with a pinched nerve and this darn mare has a trot that rides like a jackhammer. She's a good ab workout, that's for sure. I am, however, glad she's progressing quick and will be going home in a few more weeks.

Work was just...insane today. Seemed like everything that could happen, did. We were unusually busy for a Tuesday, as well. My hands are SUPER dry and starting to crack and hurt from all the cold water.

I'm with you all on the Monday thing! We just got home from the ballpark at 10:45......grrrrr. My 8 yr old had a double header and my 10 yr old didn't start his game until well after 8. So much for getting homework done. Baseball plus work equals a looonnnngggg day.

I am loving everyone's pet and kid pics!

Sorry guys, it's my "Sunday" so my Monday doesn't arrive til tomorrow. I quite enjoyed the real Monday lol!

I've had a pretty crap few days - moved the horses to a new yard last Monday (Paddys day) and the starter in my car died Tuesday mornin! Argh! Finally got it fixed last night and today it's snowing like a good thing and the roads are pure ice... taking the kids down little icy Irish backroads just isn't worth the risk so we are housebound again. I've been told my ponies are behaving themselves and I know the gf of the BO so somewhat content. Ontop of that, the wind blew one of our back doors and damaged it, so I can no longer use that door and the glass has shifted so there is a draft coming in. Oh, did I also mention I have a scratch on my right eye, and avoiding the contacts. DS decided he wanted to play with the glasses and ripped one of the arms off.

On a good note - I'm enjoying sitting in front of the fireplace, with several hot chocolates and cups of tea - my dogs love me for it, the kids love me for letting the dogs in all day and I don't have to get myself organised to get out to work on the bad roads :)

Mandy if there is any kid that's a "chip of the ole block" it's YOURS!!! She is just AMAZING!

Today was toe day for the horses... I thought I'd never get them caught. First warm day in weeks, sunny with a nice breeze equals insane wild mustangs! Even Dash made me work for it! Had a come to Jesus meeting with "Slick", worked him all around the small paddock before he would lower his head into the halter, I meant business!

My farrier is such a little hottie... I'm trying to figure out how to snap a sneaky shot of his bum to share with you guys, LOL!! DH was hesitant to leave me this morning, kept asking if I needed help... Maybe he feels intimidated by the young buck that's good with horses, and a hoot to boot? LOL!!! Well, DH ain't got nothin to worry about, but it is entertaining!

Love the farrier/DH story. Can't say I've ever had a good looking farrier. Another reason for me to move your way LOL.

Oh no, the only thing M gets from me is the horse thing and well being cute haha. She is very much her father's child. She has his dimples & ish eating grin. Most days I don't know which one is more ornery and I catch myself saying "I'm going to put both of you in time out" quite often.

On the boat heading back to the dock, makes me so ready for summer. The lake is calling my name.
